I have been testing FlexRAID, and it seems to work well, but a major issue I am having is that it does not backup hidden files. I use it on a HTPC / Server, which has many files that are set hidden to by other processes, and I still wish to back up.
I understand that some people use hidden files as an exclude, but would it be possible to have an option set in the config file to include all hidden files, while leaving them excluded by default?
With Flexraid as it stands I am not able to backup over 1000 movies worth of metadata and DVD covers, because my metadata manager sets then to hidden by default.

Yeah, this is one of the options I was supposed to have enabled.
Still on my TODO list.

Awesome, thanks for that, otherwise FlexRAID is working perfectly for me!
