(maybe that's already somewhere, but I failed to find it)

It would be nice to have progress bar that reports the current completion percentage of update / verify tasks (any task that can last 10s of minutes or hours).
That could be really helpful...

Btw, since mantis does not support feature requests, only bugs, here is still the place for feature requests?

Hey this is exactly what I was about to ask.
Right now you run an update and basically it is hard to know what is going on, just the little fan moving but thats it.

I will rework the progress update functionality.

I did not see the "Feature" in Severity level, and I did not want to open an issue for something that was not one.
